Abstract
- The article features the K&N company that was established in 1969 by off-road riders Ken Johnson and Norm McDonald with the initial aim of improving the paper and foam air filters of dirt bikes at that time. K&N presently produces cotton air filters for dirt bikes that are designed to filtrate better, increase horsepower and last longer. K&N also produces complete air intake systems, oil filters, fuel filters and performance exhaust systems for large auto firms and aftermarket divisions.
