Abstract: The article presents a case study of a a 66 year old woman who presented to physicians for routine followup after having previously undergone a total knee arthroplasty in her right knee and in her left knee on two separate occasions. A discussion of imaging which was conducted on the patient and revealed a rare case of bilateral large osteolysis is presented.
