Abstract: This section offers news briefs on Czech culture, language and literature. The Texas Czech Dialect Archive (TCDA) will serve as an online source of audio-recordings from Czech Moravians in Texas from 1970 to early 2000s. Czech students in Zagreb, Croatia has launched TheLivejournal which provides various topics of interest, the student newspaper Listy and learning pages. Professor Massako Fidler will give the intensive course Iconocity in Language at Charles University as a visiting professor.
