Abstract

The article discusses research which investigated NUMB gene transcript sequencing and mutations in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) patients. Topics explored include the significant role of Musashi 2 (MSI2) gene transcripts in CML transformation, the analysis of archived RNA extracted from CML patients involved in the study, and the observed lack of association between MSI2 and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) recorded.
