Neural Network Optimization Algorithm Based on Improvement Genetic Algorithm.

The genetic algorithm has very strong overall situation optimization ability, but gradient descent method's s partial optimization ability is stronger. This article has improved the genetic algorithm operation operator, and has figured out a mix optimization algorithm of neural network with their respective merits, which can simultaneously optimize the neural network's structure, also can improve the weight and the threshold value.
