Abstract
- The article discusses a study which presents results of a newly developed isotope scheme within the ECHAM5-JSBACH model, which has been developed by combining two separate components, the atmosphere model ECHAM5 and the land surface scheme "Jena Scheme for Biosphere-Atmosphere Interaction in Hamburg" (JSBACH). It is noted that ECHAM5 is an Atmosphere General Circulation Model (AGCM)and JSBACH model calculates terrestrial boundary conditions for ECHAM5 over the land surface.
