Abstract

The article focuses on a study that aims at measuring the total ozone column (TOC) in a Bentham spectroradiometer located at Granada, Spain. It describes the methodology of the study in which the differential absorption technique is used with direct irradiance at wavelengths between 305 and 340 nm. The study reveals a monotonic TOC increase during afternoon due to photochemical processes in the troposphere.
