Abstract

The article focuses on the medication of 76-year-old male with one-month history of nausea and intermittent pain in the upper abdomen. The patient was diagnosed with hypervascular lesion caused by an intrapancreatic splenunculus using computed tomography (CT) scan, liver function tests, and endoscopic ultrasound. He was treated with endoscopic sphincterotomy, distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy.
