Abstract
- The article presents the highlights of the annual Special Libraries Association (SLA) conference held in Chicago, Illinois in July 2012. Keynote speaker and entrepreneur Guy Kawasaki stressed the importance of practicing the value of likability, trustworthiness and quality. Jill Hurst-Wahl discussed basic business management skills. August Jackson of Ernst & Young provided insights into the use of social media for competitive intelligence.
