Abstract
- This paper investigates the factors associated with an entrepreneur's experience endowments that act as antecedents to the internationalisation of born global firms. Using multiple cases in the Information Communication and Technology (ICT) sector, we find that prior international, entrepreneurial and industry experience of the founding entrepreneur all contribute to the speedy internationalisation of born global firms. This process is largely facilitated by the entrepreneur's network loosely configured over time and continually evolving as new internationalisation opportunities develop [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
