Abstract: The article reports on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's approval of a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by New Hampshire. The aim of the revision is to establish Reasonably Available Control Technology for several categories of volatile organic compound. The action seeks to approve these requirements into the New Hampshire SIP.
