Abstract

The article presents information on the issue related to the extent to which the U.S. courts may consult foreign constitutions and the application of the U.S. constitution in foreign countries. The transnational applicability of the constitutions, the Establishment Clause and the constitutional jurisprudence of courts are discussed. The challenges related to the extraterritorial application of constitutional rights are also discussed.
