Abstract
- The article offers the author's insights regarding the things he appreciated during his travel to attend the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) trade from September to October 2012. The author appreciates the marketing ideas from some HVAC contractors, the good news from HARDI chief economist Alan Beaulieu, and the timing of the HARDI conference in Orlando, Florida. He also expresses his disappointment of the quantity of food served at the events.
