Abstract
- The article presents a study on the extensive measurements of hydrogen cyanide (HCN) and acetylene (C<subscript>2</subscript>H<subscript>2</subscript>) total columns at Reunion Island and Jungfraujoch in 2009-2010. The study involved observations from the Infrared Atmospheric Sounding Interferometer (IASI) using local ground-based Fourier Transform InfraRed (FTIR) measurements. Furthermore, a nonspecific biomass burning plume over austral Africa is discussed.
