Continuing the progress at the Asia Pacific Journal of Management.

In this article, the author explores his experience as editor of the journal. He mentions that manuscript submissions to the journal come from the universities of China, India and Central Asia. He includes that the journal became the official journal of the Asia Academy of Management. He also informs about the winner of the 2012 Mike Peng Best Paper Award who received the honor for a research paper on the meta-analysis of the Asian firms' performance.
