Abstract

The discipline of technical diagnostics has become more important recently. It focuses on the safety and reliability of service concerning industrial and energetic units, and constructional groups. One of the key conditions and main influence to fulfil the requirements of the technical diagnostics is the high level of professionalism, and the technical and moral characteristics of the workers. The professional certification within a particular field of the technical diagnostics certifies a worker's qualification and his ability to do such a job. The Certification Body is an independent and objective authority, which examines the reliability of workers. The certificate serves as a worker's record of his personal knowledge. Then, it is easier for an employer to prove the worker's qualification to either accredited authorities or customers. Finally, it objectively defines the employer's duty, which is related to the worker's qualification according to ISO 9001. The aim of the Certifying Body for the worker's professional qualification is to provide an applicant with a chance to prove his professional grade before an independent and objective authority, which leads to persistent promotion of the technical diagnostics level. Consequently, it proves to be reliable in its' expressive capability and results. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
