Abstract
- The article deals with the positive response of investors to various corporate bond issues in Europe. It offers details of the five year bond from Spanish telecommunications company, Telefónica. Information is provided on the deals from France Télécom and Electricité de France. It relates the deal from SP Manweb, a regional electricity distribution business in Great Britain whose ultimate parent is Iberdrola.
