Abstract: An estimated 30% of members of the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) are using physician assistants (PAs).' In Mohs surgery, the surgeon and the pathologist are the same person,2 so understanding which tasks are being delegated to PAs working in Mohs surgery is important.
