Abstract: The article focuses on a study conducted to analyze the role of multidisciplinary percutaneous tracheostomy team in improved patient care. It informs that data was collected from medical databases for the patients undergone through percutaneous tracheostomy in 2004 and 2008. According to the results, several disease complications were controlled due to institution of the team.
