Global Sales Law: An Analysis of Recent CISG Precedents in U.S. Courts 2004-2012.

This survey analyzes, exhaustively, the decisions issued by U.S. courts applying the Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods ("CISG") in the period 2004 to early 2012. As such, it extends the work of Dimatteo et al. (2004) that considered the published decisions of all jurisdictions interpreting the treaty through 2003, providing the judiciary and practitioners with a comprehensive overview of the recent status of CISG jurisprudence in U.S. courts.
