The article presents information on the working class citizens and the corporate executives related to massive layoff practices with reference to the documentary film "The Big One," by Michael Moore. The need of even pay stabilization, rights to engage in collective bargaining and right to public protest is discussed. The increase in labor politics, public work and political influence is also discussed.
