The UC market showed impressive growth of 22% taking the overall market to Rs. 3,647 crore in 2012 from Rs. 2,989 crore in 2011. Factors such as the awareness of streamlining business processes and boost productivity, reliability, and competitiveness using collaborative tools, are driving the growth of the UC market.
