Abstract
- The article discusses bilingual legislation drafting in Canada. It states that bilingual legislation in the country is written in both English and French, and the requirement to pass bilingual legislation in Ontario is self-imposed under subsection 3(2) of the French Language Services Act. Process of drafting bilingual legislation has been offered.
