Abstract
- The importance of including precordial leads in evaluating donor atrial activity and QRS voltage variations after cardiac allotransplantation in puppies was established. Double atrial activity appeared early and consistently post-operatively. Reduced maximal QRS vector was a sign of rejection. Earlier rejection signs included sinus bradycardia, transient sinus arrest, and nodal rhythm. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
