Abstract: The article offers information on a notice issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It mentions that the revisions to the Phase I stormwater regulations have been proposed by the EPA. According to the EPA, permission from the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) is not required since stormwater discharges from logging roads is not associated with industrial activity.
