Abstract
- The article presents study investigating the efficiency and effectiveness of the system at the pediatric clinic services in Dade County, Florida. In the said study, various levels of administration and staff were involved in the initiation of the clinic self-evaluation program. Seven major areas of concern were identified by the clinic self-evaluation. The results show the feasibility of achieving positive results from an evaluative study of a large, complex health delivery system. Moreover, the findings indicated several areas where modifications could result in better utilization of manpower and easier accessibility of services for the patient.
