Abstract

The article presents two case studies of a 27-year old woman who presented with cough and mediastinal lymphadenopathy and a 19-year old man who was admitted with supraclavicular lymphadenopathy. The female patient underwent a mediastinascopy and was diagnosed with nodular sclerosing Hodgkin lymphoma. The male patient underwent an excisional biopsy and was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma. They were treated with brentuximab vedotin but CD30 expression in Hodgkin lymphoma was persistent.
