B.C. stakeholders collaborate to reduce surgical wait times.

The article discusses initiatives taken up by the British Columbia Medical Association to upgrade Operating Rooms (OR) processes and reduce surgical wait times. It has been informed that the Ministry of Health, six health authorities and Provincial Surgical Advisory Council (PSAC) of British Columbia collaborated to improve operational care or processes after release if a 2011 policy paper by the association.
