Abstract: The article presents a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on narrow woven ribbons from the People's Republic of China (PRC) which is published by the U.S. Department of Commerce. The department preliminarily determines that the PRC-wide entity made sales in the U.S. at prices below normal value. The period of review is September 1, 2010, through August 31, 2011.
