Abstract
- The article discusses two cases Tower Boot Co v Jones and Waters v Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis. Both the cases are related to work-related discriminations which highlights the responsibility of employer for individual acts of bias or malice. It also offers information on the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 of Great Britain.
