Examines the contribution of angiotensin II (ANG II) internalization to intrarenal angiotensin II levels in rats. Regulation of renal hemodynamics and sodium excretion; Effects of salt depletion; Components of renin-angiotensin system in plasma; Administration of losartan to rats causing 90 percent fall in intrarenal ANG II.
