A letter to the editor is presented regarding the case study of an adult male with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)-associated nephrotic syndrome diagnosed with immunotactoid glomerulopathy (ITG) that was treated with high-dose methylprednisolone combined with rituximab followed by alemtuzumab.
