Abstract: The article presents a notice of the proposed study on the feasibility of the proposed Lower Appleton Dam Hydroelectric Water Power Project No. 14389 of American River Power VII LLC to be located at the existing Lower Appleton Dam on the Fox River, near Appleton in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. It states that the proposed project would consist of reinforced concrete powerhouse, two turbines, a transformer and switchyard, transmission line, and appurtenant facilities.
