Abstract: The article discusses the country report for Czech Republic that has a center-right coalition government comprising of Civic Democratic Party, TOP 09 and breakaway faction of former members of Public Affairs, which holds a tenuous majority in the Chamber of Deputies. The Czech government reportedly aims to reduce general government deficit to less than 3% of Gross Domestic Product in 2013. It is stated that Czech National Bank's monetary policy is based on an inflation target of 1% to 3%.
