Conflict-Free Incremental Learning.

Most machine learning algorithms are essentially generalized learning schemes. When used incrementally, conflict between the concepts already learned and the new events to be learned need be eliminated. This paper presents a new incremental learning scheme that divides induction into two phases: incrementally accurate learning and generalization.
