Abstract

Presents a study which examined the phototransport properties of both the majority and minority carriers in polycrystalline CuInS[sub2] layers. Sample preparation and measurement technique applied; Detailed discussion on the materials characterization; Results obtained by the phototransport measurements; Interpretation of the results in view of the simplest plausible model; Presentation of a qualitative density of states map of CuInS[sub2] which is based on various data.
