Abstract

Deals with a study which developed a ferroelectric-superconducting photodetector. Emphasis on the thin film Pb(Zr[subx]Ti[sub1] - [subx])O[sub3]/YBa[sub2]Cu[sub3]O[sub7] - [subx] heterostructure. Effect of the polarization field in the ferromagnetic gate on charge density; Characterization of photogenerated electrons; Results of the study.
