Abstract

Presents a study that investigated the effect of porosity on the complex dielectric permittivity of microwave sintered zinc oxide. Description of microwave sintering of ceramics as a complex process; Sample preparation and dielectric properties measurement; Analytical dielectric mixing theories and result of the study.
