Abstract: The article reports on a notice issued by the U.S. International Trade Administration for initiation of administrative review (AR) of antidumping duty order which has been imposed on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipes imported from the United Arab Emirates. The notice is applicable to Abu Dhabi Metal Pipes & Profiles Industries Complex LLC, Universal Tube and Plastics Industries Ltd. and KHK Scaffolding & Formwork LLC. This AR is being done in accordance with the Tariff Act of 1930.
