Abstract
- Presents a study which prepared an inverse parabolic quantum well (IPQW) using molecular-beam epitaxy by a digital compositional grading superlattice composed of Al[sub0.36]Ga[sub0.64]As/gallium arsenide. Description of the ideal IPQW; Measurement of the zero-field photoluminescence (PL) and photocurrent spectra; Display of representative PL spectra for the IPQW; Comparison of the behavior of IPQW and square quantum wells.
