Abstract
- Temperature dependent (100K-350K) electrical transport (ac and dc) measurements have been performed for Fe doped SrFexTi(1-x)O3±δ (0≤x≤1.0) perovskite samples showing interesting metal-insulator (MI) like transitions at TMI which varies with Fe concentrations. With increasing x, lattice constant 'a' decreases and the sample becomes insulator for x≥0.1 (a<0.3911 nm). The DC conductivity data above TMI can be well fitted with Mott's variable range hopping conduction mechanism and ac conductivity shows usual power law behavior as a function of temperature and frequency. Interesting scaling behavior is followed by the dielectric modulus (M"/M"max) spectra and indicates charge transport mechanism that hardly depends on temperature but rather on the Fe content for a particular temperature.
