Abstract: The author makes a brief analysis of the criminal treatment applicable to criminally liable minors, by agreeing with the solution chosen by the legislator of 2009, namely with the complete renunciation of the penalties enforceable to minors in favour of educative measures, either custodial or non-custodial.
