Abstract
- The article discusses the process of data quality evaluation in Monthly Retail Trade Survey. It mentions the survey has been designed to control errors and also reduce their potential effects on estimates. Further it mentions a measure of data quality for surveys is the coefficient of variation (CV) which is defined as the standard error divided by the sample estimate.
