Reports that the University of Texas at Austin's Humanities Research Center has opened a $500,000 conservation laboratory for the preservation and treatment of rare books, manuscripts, photos, and graphics. Location and structural design of the laboratory; Facilities provided by the laboratory; Training to be given to the conservators.
