Abstract

The article looks at how businesspeople often create success through working together in pairs rather than as the solitary individuals often portrayed in stereotyped views of success. The author profiles three pairs of business leaders and their achievements as examples, Carl Bass and Jeff Kowalski at digital manufacturing company Autodesk, Mark Egan and Steve Herrod at software company VMware, and Melanie Healey and Filippo Passerini at consumer products company Procter & Gamble.
