Abstract
- The article offers the author's insights on the policy of the Australian Education Union (AEU) on all Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (GLBTI) people. It says that AEU demands the Australian federal and state governments to ensure that all aspects of law related to GLBTI people, such as laws of adoption, marriage, and age of consent, are covered by their discrimination laws. AEU notes that any teacher-directed discussion of issues in GLBTI people in class should be positive.
