Abstract

The author discusses the difference of how journalists and scientists approach science reporting. He says that scientists are more capable of giving a disinterested version of events than politicians. He believes censorship is the responsible act for providing dangerous facts to readers in some cases. He also discusses secrecy which makes people question motives and puts the press in the position of delivering a message.
