A catastrophic-cum-restorative queuing system with correlated batch arrivals and general service time distribution.

In this paper, a stochastic queuing model for a catastrophic-cum-restorative queuing system with correlated batch arrivals and general service time distribution has been developed. The transient analysis of the queuing model has been performed. The Laplace Transform of the probability generating function of the system size has been obtained.
