Non-Nuclear Multilateral Endeavors.

The article examines treaties and agreements that address non-nuclear weapons, such as chemical, biological and conventional weapons. It places emphasis on the Conventional Armed Forces in Europe Treaty (CFE) and the Treaty on Open Skies in the 1990s that were a part of the late-Cold War attempt to improve stability and predictability on the continent. It offers information the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) that was formed in 1987. It also describes weapons elimination conventions.
