Cybersecurity: Selected Legal Issues.

The article examines selected legal issues of cybersecurity. According to the authors, the federal government's role in protecting U.S. citizens and critical infrastructure from cyber attracts has attracted congressional interest. The authors examine specific legal issues that frequently arise in the context of legislation to address vulnerabilities of critical infrastructure to cyber threats and proposal to facilitate and encourage e-sharing of cyber threat information.
